Digital Products (Ebooks, Printables, Coloring Books, etc.)

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Physical Products (Art Prints, Stickers, Merchandise)

We currently ship physical products to customers located in the United States only.

We accept returns and exchanges on physical products only if the item arrives damaged or defective. If this happens:

1. Contact us at [your email address] within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and clear photo(s) of the damage.
3. We will assess and either issue a replacement or provide a refund.

Please note:

• Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

International Orders

At this time, Mystical Hue Realm does not ship physical products outside of the United States. Digital products are available worldwide.
