Do you sell physical or digital products?
Mystical Hue Realm offers both! Many of our coloring books and guides are available as instant digital downloads for you to print and enjoy at home. We also offer made-to-order physical art prints, and more magical items are on the way.
How do I download my digital products?
After your purchase, you’ll receive a download link via email and on the checkout confirmation page. Just click to download and save the file to your device. If you have any trouble, feel free to reach out and I’ll be happy to help!
How long will it take to receive my physical order?
Physical prints are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. Once your item ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final. For physical items, I accept returns or replacements only if your item arrives damaged. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll make it right.

Can I gift a product to someone?
Absolutely! For digital products, just use the recipient’s email at checkout and let them know a magical gift is coming. For physical prints, you can ship directly to their address and even include a gift message — just send me a note when ordering.
Can I share or sell your downloads?
All products are for personal use only. Please don’t redistribute, resell, or alter and resell any of my artwork or downloadable files. Every piece was created with love and care, and I appreciate your respect for that magic.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Mystical Hue Realm now offers worldwide shipping with tracking. Wherever you are in the world, your magical mail can find its way to you. Shipping rates are calculated at a flat rate depending on your location and will appear at checkout.
